Pay Range: $47.58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, manage, and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and operational planning tools.
- Conduct daily maintenance of Outlook planners and Smartsheet reporting to ensure alignment with the operating model.
- Schedule Marketing & Creative team meetings and coordinate cross-functional meetings with brand stakeholders.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, process gaps, and timing risks, and recommend solutions.
- Manage and maintain attendee documentation and ensure planners are up to date.
- Facilitate recurring meetings and partner with cross-functional teams to drive calendar alignment on organizational priorities and executive milestones.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by assessing operations to identify areas for efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc process documentation and project management support as needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in project management and operations.
- Strong experience with Outlook, Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, and InDesign.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and an independent thinker.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous marketing operations experience preferred.
- Previous fashion retail experience preferred.
