Role Summary
Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation by designing end-to-end SAP architectures that align business strategy with technology. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, owning the target architecture, roadmap, and value realization across hybrid SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

#### *Key Responsibilities*
- *Architecture & Strategy:* Design overall S/4HANA architecture and enterprise-wide deployment of SAP technology solutions. Create current/future state of IT systems based on S/4HANA footprint expansion
- *Transformation Leadership:* Lead large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs. Align customer priorities with target architecture and roadmap to maximize business value and cloud consumption
- *Solution Design:* Provide end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes. Advise on Clean Core principles, SAP BTP adoption, integration, and extensibility
- *Governance & Advisory:* Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices. Serve as trusted advisor ensuring secure, reliable, and flexible cloud environments for mission-critical processes
- *Stakeholder Engagement:* Engage senior stakeholders across IT and business. Articulate value of target architecture and guide realization of identified benefits
- *Presales & Delivery:* Take end-to-end responsibility for SAP opportunities – RFP responses, solution design, defense, and customer presentations. Participate in execution of SAP landscape assessments and transformations
Required Qualifications – 12+ Years
- *Experience:* 12-15+ years of hands-on “cross-functional” experience on SAP projects, preferably implementations. 10+ years in customer-facing roles - Enterprise Architect, Consultant, Program Manager, Solution Architect
- *SAP Expertise:* Demonstrated S/4HANA technical and/or application/functional knowledge through active transformation projects. Thorough understanding of SAP product architecture and entire SAP portfolio
- *Architecture Skills:* Extensive knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset. Experience with BTP components: application development, automation, data & analytics, integration, AI
- *Methodology:* Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles
- *Transformation:* Proven track record delivering enterprise business transformations through large-scale application delivery and implementation programs
- *Soft Skills:* Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English at senior management and C-level. Ability to operate in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders 726d8b8d66e8

#### *Preferred / Nice-to-Have*
- *Tools:* Experience using SAP LeanIX and Signavio to document architectures and business processes
- *Cloud & BTP:* Familiarity with SAP cloud solutions, Business AI, BTP Integration Suite, SAP Build
- *Certifications:* SAP Certified Professional – Enterprise Architect P_SAPEA_2023, TOGAF, or SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework LeanIX EAM
