Qualifications

•       8+ years of program or project management experience, including experience leading cybersecurity transformation and organizational change initiatives across large organizations.

•       Demonstrated experience with enterprise identity modernization, AI governance, risk management, and secure technology adoption.

•       Proven ability to prioritize security risks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and align business and security teams.

•       Strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and change governance skills.

•       Working knowledge of AI governance and compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

•       Own the control prioritization process: apply risk-based criteria to rank, sequence, and re-baseline controls as risk, capacity, and business priorities change.

•       Serve as the central coordination point between teams, managing intake, dependencies, conflicts, and handoffs so workflows have an operationalized and rinse and repeat approach.

•       Build and maintain the integrated roadmap, schedule, RAID log, and resource view for controls.

•       Support executive and steering committee communication, including status, risk escalations, trade-off options, and decision requests.

•       Partner with cross-functional teams to effectively gather insights and provide clarity on processes.

•       Define and report program KPIs and dashboards covering control implementation, adoption, frontline testing results, and remediation tracking.

•       Drive remediation tracking to closure, escalating blockers and holding teams accountable to commitments.

•       Partner closely with the Business Systems Analyst and Change Manager to ensure requirements, validation, and adoption are planned alongside delivery.

•       Facilitate governance forums, risk acceptance discussions, and cross-team decision-making.
