Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in migrating legacy SAP SRM/ECC procurement solutions to SAP S/4HANA Procurement. The ideal candidate should possess both functional and technical knowledge of procurement transformation projects and be capable of delivering scalable, business-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and support SAP SRM to SAP S/4HANA Procurement migration initiatives by converting business requirements into efficient and scalable procurement solutions.
•Assess existing SAP SRM custom developments and recommend optimization, simplification, or standard SAP S/4HANA alternatives wherever applicable.
•Evaluate current ECC/SRM procurement processes and design future-state procurement workflows aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
•Configure and provide functional support for procurement modules including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, contracts, and supplier collaboration processes.
•Prepare detailed functional and technical specification documents and coordinate with ABAP/development teams for custom enhancements, Fiori applications, interfaces, reports, workflows, and forms.
•Support procurement-related data migration activities involving vendors, materials, contracts, purchasing info records, and other master data objects.
•Conduct fit-gap analysis, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and defect resolution throughout the transformation lifecycle.
•Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA Procurement and related modules such as MM, FI, workflows, and external supplier or middleware systems.
•Work closely with business users and stakeholders to enhance procurement operations, strengthen compliance controls, and improve overall user experience.
•Provide support during cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-production stabilization to ensure successful procurement transformation and adoption.
