Baer is looking for SAP SRM Techno-Functional Consultant for a 6 month Federal Remote Project.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SRM Techno-Functional Consultant to support SAP SRM to SAP S/4HANA Procurement transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze current procurement processes, design scalable solutions, and support end-to-end migration activities.
Description

• Work on SAP SRM to SAP S/4HANA Procurement migration projects by translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Review legacy SRM customizations and recommend simplification or replacement using standard SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Analyze ECC and SRM procurement processes and design target-state workflows in S/4HANA Procurement.
• Configure and support procurement functions including requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier collaboration.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, Fiori applications, reports, interfaces, and forms.
• Support data migration activities related to vendors, materials, contracts, and procurement master data.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for procurement transformation programs.
• Integrate S/4HANA Procurement with MM, FI, workflow, and external supplier or middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency, compliance, controls, and user experience.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization activities.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAP SRM and SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
• Good understanding of procurement and sourcing business processes.
• Experience with SAP MM integration and workflow configurations.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, interfaces, reports, and procurement-related enhancements.
• Experience in data migration and testing activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global project teams.
• Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Knowledge of supplier collaboration and procurement automation processes.
• SAP certification in SRM, MM, or S/4HANA Procurement is an advantage.
