Software Resources, Inc. has an immediate job opportunity available for a PROJECT MANAGER in the Orlando, FL.
Hybrid Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: Onsite
Friday: Remote
We are seeking an entry level Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to oversee cross-functional projects from planning through execution. While prior experience managing software development teams is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project planning, execution, and delivery across teams.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with project tracking and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing software or technical project teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
