Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the Retail and E-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of functional projects in Retail/E-commerce
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD/FRD)
Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, QA, and product teams
Ensure alignment with e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and omnichannel strategies
Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business sign-off
Provide regular status reports and updates to leadership
Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, and quality standards

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in Project Management (Functional role)
Strong experience in Retail & E-commerce domain
Experience with order management, inventory, POS, and digital commerce platforms
Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and coordination skills
