MDM Lead Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an MDM Lead Solution Architect in Coppell, TX.

Summary:
Are you an experienced MDM Architect with hands-on Profisee expertise? We're looking for a senior leader to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of an enterprise Master Data Management platform. This role will partner closely with Data Architecture, Engineering, Governance, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, governed, and scalable master data capabilities.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise MDM solutions using Profisee
* Design and configure golden records, entity resolution, match/merge strategies, and survivorship rules
* Define master data models, hierarchies, reference data structures, and stewardship workflows
* Facilitate solution design workshops with business, data, and technology stakeholders
* Establish MDM architecture standards, governance processes, and implementation best practices
* Design integration patterns across source systems, APIs, data platforms, and downstream applications
* Partner with Data Governance and Data Quality teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and trust
* Provide technical leadership to developers, engineers, and implementation partners
* Support operational readiness, monitoring, issue management, and long-term MDM support models

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Management, or related fields
* 5+ years leading enterprise MDM programs and implementations
* Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM
* Experience designing integrations between MDM platforms, APIs, source systems, and data consumers
* Strong data modeling, SQL, and data architecture experience
* Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments
* Strong expertise in: Golden Records; Entity Resolution; Match & Merge; Survivorship Rules; Hierarchy Management; Reference Data Management; Data Stewardship
* Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage

Preferred Qualifications:
* Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or Broker-Dealer experience
* Experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, or Semarchy
* Familiarity with Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and Lakehouse architectures
* Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics initiatives
* Exposure to Power BI or enterprise reporting platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
