Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Life Insurance and Annuities to lead large-scale technology implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong project ownership, and the ability to manage complex implementations while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technology implementation projects within the Life Insurance and Annuities domain.
• Own project milestones, workstreams, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Facilitate discussions on business requirements, system integrations, APIs, and technical dependencies.
• Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and drive decisions to keep implementations on track.
• Lead project discussions independently and provide clear updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Ensure successful execution of project deliverables while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing large-scale Life Insurance and Annuities technology implementations.
• Strong project management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients and senior executives.
• Solid understanding of business requirements, technology integrations, APIs, and implementation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to independently drive technology implementations rather than simply tracking and reporting project status.
