Job description:

• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements for Life & Annuity transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead workshops, requirements sessions, and process discussions.
• Support future-state process design and platform transformation efforts.
• Partner with development teams to clarify requirements and drive successful delivery within Agile delivery environments.
• Help evaluate platform capabilities, configuration options, and business impacts.
• Support implementation, integration, testing, and release activities.
• Work across multiple insurance functions and business workstreams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testing teams, and project leadership to deliver successful outcomes.

• Experience within the Life Insurance and Annuities industry.
• Experience supporting business transformation or technology modernization initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with both business users and technical teams.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience on either the carrier side or consulting side of insurance projects.
• Experience with platform implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting integrations, APIs, data migration, or testing activities.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity operations, including New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Billing, Customer Servicing, and Claims.
• Experience with Life & Annuity policy administration systems such as FAST (Verisk), ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar modern policy administration platforms.
