Job Title: Contract Attorney

Location: Remote

Contract : 6 months with possible extension

Rate: $32/hr on W2

 Job Summary

We are seeking qualified attorneys to join a high-impact project team supporting product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. This role goes beyond traditional eDiscovery review and involves substantive legal analysis, claimant interaction, and case support activities.

The selected candidates will play a critical role in evaluating claims, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality legal support throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess claim-related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and legal relevance
• Draft comprehensive and well-reasoned responses to written inquiries from claimants and legal counsel
• Handle complex telephone inquiries, providing clear and professional guidance
• Collaborate closely with project directors, managers, and coordinators to ensure alignment with case strategy
• Participate in training sessions and follow established workflows and protocols
• Deliver best-in-class client service, maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy always
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign equivalent may be considered)
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic, project-driven environment
• Client-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on service excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior litigation experience
• Experience with class actions and/or mass tort cases
• Exposure to claim evaluation, claimant communications, or case management workflows
