Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Okta and Identity and Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting secure identity management solutions, ensuring seamless user authentication and access control across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using the Okta Identity platform.

• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and adaptive authentication policies.

• Implement and support identity federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Configure user provisioning and deprovisioning using SCIM and automated identity lifecycle management workflows.

• Integrate Okta with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, Active Directory, and LDAP directories.

• Manage user identities, groups, application assignments, access policies, and role-based access controls.

• Implement security policies and access governance practices to meet organizational compliance requirements.

• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning, and federation-related issues.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to deliver IAM solutions.

• Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT, identity management, or security engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud and IAM implementations.

• Expertise in SSO, MFA, federation, user provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.

• Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.

• Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of RBAC, access policies, authentication protocols, and security best practices.

• Experience with IAM troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Okta Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, and Identity Governance.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, SailPoint, or other IAM platforms.

• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with zero-trust security principles, audit controls, and regulatory compliance.

• Okta certifications are a plus.
