Position Description:
Join a dynamic team supporting a high-impact Oracle HCM Cloud project as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant. This remote role focuses on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and integration work, offering the flexibility of a fully remote environment supporting a client in Michigan. You will be responsible for system enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure seamless HR technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and development within Oracle HCM Cloud, specializing in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor)
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Support system configurations, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Assist with data integrations, reporting, and interface development
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
Required Skills/Education:
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (technical specialization)
- Strong experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience developing integrations, interfaces, and technical solutions within Oracle environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise-level HCM implementations or enhancements
- Familiarity with data migration and reporting tools within Oracle HCM
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, client-facing environment
