Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and J2EE technologies.

  • Develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

  • Build secure, reliable, and high-performance backend applications.

  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

  • Implement messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.

  • Develop and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Participate in application architecture, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions.

  • Ensure application security, code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 or later.

  • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.

  • Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful web services.

  • Experience with SQL databases and database design.

  • Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging technologies.

  • Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React.

  • Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.

  • Experience with monitoring tools, automated testing, and application performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
