Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Experience
15+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce/CRM programs.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Prior experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities is highly preferred.

Job Summary
UST is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Business Analysis expertise and exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting Agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
Translate business needs into:
o Functional Requirements
o User Stories
o Acceptance Criteria
o Business Process Flows
Create and maintain:
o BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
o FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
o Requirement Traceability Matrices
o Workflows and Process Documentation
Perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requests.
Salesforce Responsibilities
Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Architects to ensure successful solution delivery.
Provide functional guidance on:
o Salesforce Data Model
o Security Model
o Automation
o Reports & Dashboards
o Objects & Fields
o Flows & Validation Rules
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
o Test Scenario Creation
o Test Execution
o Business User Coordination
o Validation of Delivered Functionality
Support release readiness activities and post-deployment validation.
Agile & Scrum Delivery
Participate in:
o Sprint Planning
o Backlog Grooming
o Sprint Reviews
o Retrospectives
Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items.
Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR).
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Stakeholder Management
Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Facilitate stakeholder reviews and walkthroughs.
Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
