Part Time Senior Motion Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Part Time Senior Motion Designer in Englewood, CO.

Duties:
* Senior Motion Designer will conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and animations for social media, broadcast, and digital platforms
* Pitch and clearly articulate concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, explaining the visual direction, motion and animation approach, and end results
* Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, project and account managers to ensure project alignment and quality
* Utilize video editing, color correction/grading, sound design, and VFX to enhance final deliverables
* Maintain a deep technical understanding of video post-production and motion design requirements across various platforms
* As a Senior Motion Designer, you will work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
* Deliver video and motion design solutions that align with the brand's creative direction and objectives
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior-level team members as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7 years of experience in motion design, video editing, video production or a related creative role
* Online portfolio of work and reel displaying a diverse range of motion and video projects
* Proven expertise in motion design and post-production programs
* Solid understanding of motion design best practices for social, broadcast, and digital environments
* Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator
* Moderate to proficient understanding of Cinema 4D and Figma
* Strong skills in video editing, sound design, VFX, Mograph and technical motion workflows
* Has a strong design eye and can create visually stunning storyboards in conjunction with motion and animation direction
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Exceptional ability to pitch and communicate concepts to stakeholders and team members
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
* Ability to problem-solve creatively and efficiently
* Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate effectively
* Agency experience preferred
* Experience with motion AI prompting and creation preferred
* Videography, video production and photography is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
