Job Title: Senior SAP S/4 HANA FICO Functional Consultant / Solution Architect (RTR Lead)

Location: Remote / Travel Required

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Functional Consultant / Solution Architect (RTR Lead) with strong expertise in Finance and Controlling processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations with deep knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, and end-to-end Finance integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4 HANA Finance solution design and implementation
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform FIT/GAP analysis
• Configure and support SAP FICO processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cost Center Accounting
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects
• Drive end-to-end Finance process integration across SAP landscape
• Support testing cycles, regression testing, cutover, and production deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SAP COE leaders, PMO, and external consultants
• Facilitate master data validation and transaction data migration activities

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of SAP FICO implementation and deployment experience
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling
• Hands-on experience with document splitting, extension ledgers, accruals, recurring entries, foreign currency valuation, and journal processing
• Strong Fixed Assets accounting and integration knowledge
• Experience with Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, US GAAP, and IFRS
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay integrations
• Banking, Treasury, and Cash Management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4 HANA Certification
• Experience in Medical Device or Life Sciences industry

Additional Information:

• International travel required (30-40%)
• Must be flexible to support multiple time zones
