Overview
We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead enterprise CI/CD and security practices supporting ~22 software engineering teams. This role is highly technical and strategic, focused on modernizing pipelines, driving GitHub adoption, eliminating config drift, and aligning with enterprise DevSecOps standards.

Core Responsibilities
- Drive migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Gitlab repo
- Design and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications
- Partner with enterprise DevSecOps teams to standardize tooling and reduce config drift
- Implement and govern secure SDLC practices (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
- Support custom deployment needs and complex release scenarios
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and tooling improvements
