Job Summary:
Delviom, LLC is seeking a visionary AI/ML Consultant with expertise in initiating and implementing AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a focus on federal customer needs. This role requires a strong background in AI/ML technologies, leadership experience, and the ability to architect solutions that bridge multiple disciplines, including Operations, Modeling, and Data Engineering.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect a scalable, secure, and efficient internal assistant solution using cutting-edge AI and natural language processing technologies.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions.
• Lead the integration of the assistant with internal systems, databases, and APIs.
• Design, build, and deliver ML models and components to solve real-world business problems in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams.
• Leverage expertise in model training, hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, bias/variance analysis, and validation.
• Build and maintain production-ready data pipelines that feed ML models.
• Work within a cross-functional Agile team to create and enhance software for big data and ML applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and federal regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs), incorporating innovative features into solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team.
• Implement best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI and ML.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing internal-facing AI chatbot solutions, such as Glean or Rogo.
• Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and text generation techniques.
• Expertise in deploying and scaling AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for managing model lifecycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Spark, or TensorFlow.
• Experience developing performant, resilient, and maintainable code.
• Experience with data gathering and preparation for ML models.
• People management experience.
• Proven industry impact through conference presentations, research papers, blog posts, open-source contributions, or patents.
• Experience building production-ready data pipelines for ML models.
