Responsibilities:
MV Transportation is seeking aData Managerto ensure that all personnel who are required to input data, forms, and/or reports into the automated, web-enabled MIS system be able to do so with the highest level of accuracy and proficiency. Other responsibilities include:
- Submit all employee benefit applications and ensure the appropriate deductions take place.
- Ensure accuracy of preliminary and financial statements, prepare journal entries.
- Prepare projections as required by local, regional and corporate management for forecasting purposes.
- Prepare and submit payroll.
- Data entry into client systems
- Review daily Road Supervisor / Dispatch Logs and Daily Missed Trip Reports.
- Oversee Data Clerk?s daily duties.
Qualifications:
Talent Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience preparing NTD data reports.
- Some accounting experience preferred.
- Two (2) years payroll processing preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft office including word processing and spreadsheets.
Annual Starting Salary: $75,000-$93,558.40
