Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations and routine maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
Address and resolve incidents, service requests, and issues reported by users, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new ServiceNow features, modules, integrations, and enhancements.
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and related platform elements in accordance with best practices and corporate governance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, operations, and IT, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization initiatives. Document technical processes, solution designs, and configuration changes for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
Support user training, demonstrations, and day-to-day questions to foster adoption and platform utilization.
Maintain awareness of platform changes, ServiceNow releases, and industry trends to help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
