Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to support the migration of the existing FEP Hub (Customer Service Management application) to the latest version of ServiceNow (Zurich).

The FEP Hub is a customer service management platform that enables plan members to submit requests and inquiries to the association. The project involves enhancing and rebuilding functionality within ServiceNow’s CSM module, including workspaces built using UI Builder.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong experience customizing ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) – MUST HAVE.
  • Proven experience building Service Catalogs, forms, and workflows.
  • Strong JavaScript development experience – MUST HAVE
  • Deep experience with UI Builder (UIB) and configurable workspaces – MUST HAVE
  • Experience working with the latest ServiceNow releases (preferably Zurich).

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and enhance the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
  • Build and configure Service Catalogs, forms, and workflows.
  • Develop and customize UI Builder (UIB) workspaces and configurable workspaces.
  • Implement and maintain business logic using JavaScript.
  • Design and configure workflows using Flow Designer.
  • Implement and support Playbooks within CSM.
  • Support migration activities from legacy FEP Hub to ServiceNow (Zurich release).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure platform best practices and maintain high-quality development standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Playbooks.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer.
  • ServiceNow CSM Certification – Nice to have.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification – Nice to have
