About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead the design and delivery of next-generation telecom monitoring and inventory solutions.
This position is ideal for a strategic technologist with deep hands-on experience in Java, Python, and telecom OSS/BSS systems someone who can blend technical depth with product vision and delivery leadership.

You ll serve as the bridge between enterprise clients, product stakeholders, and global engineering teams, driving roadmap execution, milestone delivery, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development for telecom inventory & monitoring applications.

  • Translate client needs into actionable technical architecture & delivery roadmaps.

  • Partner with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality, milestone-based releases.

  • Provide strategic technical guidance on architecture, scalability, and design patterns.

  • Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across teams & stakeholders.

  • Mentor engineering teams to build a culture of ownership, innovation, and delivery focus.

What We re Looking For

15+ years in software development; 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
Proven success building telecom domain solutions (monitoring / inventory platforms).
Strong coding background in Java & Python; familiarity with microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of OSS/BSS, SNMP, NetConf, and network monitoring frameworks.
Experience working with offshore delivery teams in distributed environments.
Skilled communicator with strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
