responsibilities:
- Guide stakeholders and teams in a complex, ambiguous environment.
- Apply Agile fundamentals to solve problems creatively.
- Lead multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring clarity and removing impediments.
- Drive continuous improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery from planning through release and support.
qualifications:
Experience: 10-15 years in IT project management or Agile delivery leadership.
Certifications: PMP or other Agile certifications preferred.
Skills:
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Deep understanding of Agile principles and scaling practices
Ability to manage multiple initiatives
