Technical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Technical Project Manager in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Create and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
* Coordinate work across IT, project teams, and CTO resources
* Review architecture and manage system dependencies to support scalable solutions
* Track progress, risks, and issues; report status to stakeholders
* Manage scope, change control, and release scheduling
* Ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and technical requirements
* Develop remediation plans and resolve issues with internal and external partners
* Ensure compliance with established project management and governance standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of project management experience within IT environments
* Proven experience leading large, enterprise-wide projects
* Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
* Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Proficiency with JIRA and advanced use of MS Office tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
