Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPA UiPath Lead to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement UiPath automation solutions for prioritized business processes.
  • Provide production support for deployed UiPath bots and automation workflows.
  • Perform daily monitoring of production processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify issues, log defects, troubleshoot, resolve, and track them through closure.
  • Implement functional enhancements and continuous improvements for existing automations.
  • Support execution and processing of on-demand automation requests.
  • Provide RPA platform and infrastructure support as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and stability of automation solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in UiPath RPA development and support.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator, bot monitoring, and production support.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting automation failures and resolving defects.
  • Experience implementing enhancements and maintaining existing RPA solutions.
  • Understanding of RPA infrastructure and deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Location Preference: Candidates local to Phoenix, AZ are preferred; however, non-local candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
