Location: Belmont, VA Salary: $80.00 USD Hourly - $90.00 USD Hourly Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Lead Power Apps Developer with an active secret clearance or higher. This is a hybrid position in Ashburn, VA.
An active secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Junior, Mid, and Senior Power Platform developers, providing technical guidance and enforcing development standards across an enterprise environment supporting 54 states and territories.
Design, and deliver scalable Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages solutions that meet complex mission requirements and align with enterprise architecture patterns.
Develop Power BI Dashboards and visualizations
Develop Power Automate and process workflows.
Extend Model Driven Apps through C# Plugins, Web Resources and PCF Components.
Collaborate closely with business owners and mission partners to refine requirements, identify process improvements, and rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions for stakeholder validation.
Maintain team backlogs utilizing Issue/Project trackers such as ADO or Jira.
Enforce ALM best practices across multiple government environments.
Assist Business Analysts in the development and technical evaluation of requirements.
Manage and respond to user tickets.
Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
Required Qualifications:
College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum of 7 years related technical experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethics, and a self-starter.
Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving sometimes complex technical challenges.
Experience and comfort working on a Scrumban team in an Agile environment.
Experience and comfort leading a high-performing team of developers.
Works well with limited oversight.
Required Technical Skills:
Expertise developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven and Canvas App, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in an Azure environment.
Development with technologies such as C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.
Extensive experience in developing reports, charts and graphs using Power BI.
Expertise developing automated workflows using Power Automate.
Expertise transforming data architecture using the Dataverse data platform.
Expertise building and maintaining data tables in Dataverse.
Expertise with Power Apps Pipeline for moving apps between tiers.
Expertise in large scale data management and data modeling.
Experience providing status briefings and product demonstrations to customers.
Expertise in translating customer requirements into functional requirements for the application (User Stories/Backlog Items).
Support new user requirements and assist with planning new features for future releases.
