You will also help shape future-state strategies for automation, self-service analytics, AI enablement, and digital transformation. What You'll Do
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on business execution, process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for automation, simplification, standardization, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

  • Evaluate complex business execution challenges requiring analysis of multiple factors, processes, policies, controls, and dependencies.
  • Lead the adoption of Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-enabled solutions, including identifying use cases, establishing sustainable practices, and driving stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, reporting, presentations, insights, and communications to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, risk, operations, and control partners to ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, audit, and operational requirements.
  • Manage multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across complex initiatives.
  • Promote best practices for workflow development, process automation, collaboration, and technology adoption.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and serve as a subject matter expert in business process optimization, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Measure solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional operational efficiencies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of experience developing automation, workflow, business intelligence, or other technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
