Job Title: Project Manager – CargoWise Deployment (USA Brokerage)

Location: Remote USA (Multi-Branch / Remote Deployment Environment)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CargoWise (CW) deployment initiatives across multiple branches in the USA, including support for employees working remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a solid background in USA Brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end CargoWise deployment across multiple U.S. branches, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Drive stakeholder engagement across operations, brokerage teams, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and successful adoption.
Lead change management initiatives to support smooth transition to CargoWise across on-site and remote teams.
Oversee communication strategies, risk management, and issue resolution during deployment phases.
Ensure deployment activities align with USA Brokerage operational requirements and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

Strong project management experience managing large-scale, multi-branch system deployments.
Demonstrated leadership experience in driving implementation and change management initiatives.
Solid background in USA Brokerage operations and processes.
Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate across geographically distributed stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
