Currently, we are searching for a Bilingual QA Analyst (Spanish/English) to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test cases based on business and functional requirements
- Validate billing calculations, invoice accuracy, and payment processing workflows
- Test customer portal features including login, account management, payment functionality, and service requests
- Perform backend data validation using SQL queries
- Log and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners during sprint cycles
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Support Spanish-speaking stakeholders during testing cycles and issue clarification
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required
- 5+ years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
- Hands-on experience testing billing systems (invoicing, rating, payments, adjustments, credits, etc.)
- Experience testing customer-facing web portals or self-service platforms
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to write, execute, and document test cases and test scenarios
- Experience performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend verification, preferred
- Experience with HP ALM (or similar test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps), preferred
- Experience supporting bilingual user acceptance testing (UAT), preferred
- Exposure to API testing or integration testing, preferred
- Regular and predictable attendance
