AI ENGINEER INTERN

WHAT YOU''LL DO

•        Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that solve real-world problems for our customers

•        Build production-grade systems integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases

•        Experiment and iterate rapidly on new AI capabilities from idea to deployment in days, not months

•        Own features end-to-end from architecture and implementation to monitoring and optimization

•        Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-driven solutions

•        Challenge the status quo. Disagree, debate, and help us make better decisions as a team

•        Scale AI infrastructure to handle increasing complexity, users, and real-time performance demands

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

•        Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Bachelor''s, Master''s, or PhD)

•        Strong programming skills in Python (primary) and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks

•        Hands-on experience with at least one of: building ML models, fine-tuning LLMs, implementing RAG systems, working with embeddings/vector databases, or deploying AI applications

•        Understanding of ML fundamentals including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, transformers, evaluation metrics, model optimization

•        Experience with APIs and SDKs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI platforms

•        Version control proficiency (Git/GitHub) and collaborative development workflows

•        Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-quality code, not just notebooks

Strong Plus (Nice-to-Haves):

•        Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

•        Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant)

•        Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RLHF

•        Full-stack development skills (React, Node.js, FastAPI, or similar)

•        Previous internship or professional experience in AI/ML engineering

•        Open-source contributions or personal AI projects you''re proud of

•        Research experience in NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains
