The position works closely with the Supervisor, Email Marketing Production, as well as creative, campaign, and MarTech teams, to ensure every email is rendered correctly, links and personalization function as intended, and deployment timelines are met. Execute deployments according to the production schedule, partnering with the Supervisor, Email Marketing Production to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with campaign managers and intake teams to confirm required assets, audiences, and approvals prior to deployment.
Partner with MarTech on data integration, audience queries, tagging, and troubleshooting.
Maintain documentation of production processes, QA checklists, and platform best practices.
Monitor post-deployment performance metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribes) and flag production-related improvement opportunities.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed to market.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Journey Builder or similar automation tools.
Prior work in a regulated industry (healthcare, financial services, insurance).
Understanding of email analytics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, unsubscribes) and how to interpret them for production improvements.
Exposure to marketing automation platforms beyond email (SMS, push, etc.).

A detail-oriented, technically skilled email production expert who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing environment. They will bring a mix of email development proficiency, QA rigor, compliance awareness, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver flawless campaigns on schedule.
