Job Description- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the technology department.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
- Support the implementation of new systems and software tools.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on implemented solutions.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Business Analyst should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with technology systems and processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Syteline Implementation/Migration Experience
- 5+ years of experience with ERPs
