Database & Application Support Specialist / Tyler System Location: Kenosha, WI (On-site) Clearance: Must meet FBI CJIS Security Policy requirements

Role Summary
Provides database, application, and interface support for Tyler Public Safety Software and other critical systems. Serves as the designated Tyler Public Safety System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site application and database support during business hours and remote/on-call support after hours.
Administer Tyler CAD, LERMS, Jail, and Mobile systems.
Support standard applications including ERP, Office 365, scheduling, evidence, fleet, and others.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
Support server-side application components.
Support application-related network needs.
Manage database policies, performance, integrity, and availability.
Evaluate and recommend version upgrades.
Troubleshoot issues between KJS, member agencies, and Tyler Technologies.
Assist end users in effective use of Tyler systems.
Perform system performance monitoring, backup/recovery, and security maintenance.
Support multiple system interfaces including TraCS, CCAP, Livescan, ProQA, Axon, and others.
Participate in cybersecurity compliance and CJIS audits.
Respond to Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents within required timeframes.

Strong troubleshooting and integration skills
Required Qualifications
3 5 years of experience in database administration or application support.
Strong SQL Server or equivalent database experience.
Experience supporting enterprise or public safety applications.
Ability to troubleshoot complex application and database issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with Tyler Public Safety Software Suite.
Experience in law enforcement or 24/7 operational environments.
