Project Manager – Security & Identity Management (IDM)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDM) to lead enterprise security initiatives for our client, PepsiCo. You will drive projects from planning through delivery, working closely with security architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of security and IDM programs, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Lead identity lifecycle initiatives such as provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, MFA, and privileged access management (PAM)
• Coordinate with security, IT, HR, and application teams to align on requirements and timelines
• Support compliance and audit readiness (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Track milestones, manage dependencies, and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
• Manage vendors, resolve issues, and escalate risks proactively

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 4+ years in security and/or IDM projects
• Hands-on exposure to IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt, Azure AD/Entra ID, or Ping
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, access governance, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certification
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or large global enterprise environments
• Familiarity with cloud security (Azure/AWS)
