Position: Project Manager – Security & Identity Management (IDM)

Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite 5 days

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDM) to lead enterprise security initiatives for our client. You will drive projects from planning through delivery, working closely with security architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of security and IDM programs, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk
Lead identity lifecycle initiatives such as provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, MFA, and privileged access management (PAM)
Coordinate with security, IT, HR, and application teams to align on requirements and timelines
Support compliance and audit readiness (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
Track milestones, manage dependencies, and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
Manage vendors, resolve issues, and escalate risks proactively

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of project management experience, with 4+ years in security and/or IDM projects
Hands-on exposure to IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt, Azure AD/Entra ID, or Ping
Strong understanding of security frameworks, access governance, and compliance requirements
Experience managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certification
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or large global enterprise environments
Familiarity with cloud security (Azure/AWS)
