Key Responsibilities

Training & enablement – templates, guides, process documentation, employee support

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information management, library science, communications, or related field
4+ years of project/program management in operations, learning & development, or communications
2+ years in knowledge intelligence, content management, or documentation
