Knowledge Management Analyst

This contract role with a Fortune 100 client supports Knowledge Management cleanup and consolidation within an IT Enterprise PMO environment. The position focuses on reviewing, organizing, standardizing, and consolidating knowledge assets so information is accurate, current, and easy to find in one trusted source. You will help identify what should be kept, merged, archived, or retired, and help improve clarity, consistency, and structure across large sets of content. This is a remote role, and candidates must be willing to work ET hours and attend all meetings on video.

Essential Skills:




- Demonstrated experience supporting Knowledge Management initiatives

- Strong written editing skills for clear, professional content

- Strong analytical skills to assess documentation quality and relevance

- Ability to organize complex information into logical structure

- Strong attention to detail and consistency

- Experience with SharePoint or similar document management platforms

- Ability to work independently within a defined plan




Plusses:




- Experience with knowledge cleanup or consolidation efforts

- Experience with content migration or repository organization

- Experience reducing document duplication and sprawl

- Experience documenting ownership and review cadence
