Title: Salesforce Developer/ Administrator (Full-Time & On-site)
Location: Tallahassee, FL || Duration: Full-Time

Required Skills and Experience

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
* Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong experience developing solutions using Apex, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
* Advanced knowledge of SOQL and SOSL, including query optimization, relationship queries, aggregate queries, dynamic SOQL, and governor-limit considerations.
* Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and administration, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and user management.
* Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
* Experience in building highly customized Salesforce applications beyond standard out-of-the-box configuration.
* Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, or event-based integrations.
* Working knowledge of AWS services and Salesforce-to-AWS integration patterns.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data-access controls, sharing architecture, and platform-governance practices.
* Experience with data migration, data loading, data cleansing, and large-volume data processing.
* Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, source control, release management, and lifecycle development practices.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex code, configuration, data, security, integration, and production-support issues.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
* Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with technical and functional teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, or supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Experience establishing a new Marketing Cloud environment or participating in an end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementation.
* Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, data extensions, subscriber management, segmentation, and campaign automation.
* Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Service Cloud or other Salesforce applications.
* Experience supporting public-sector, regulatory, licensing, case-management, customer-service, or citizen-facing Salesforce solutions.
* Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
* Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
* Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
