Oracle Fusion Cloud Security & Controls Production Support - Investigate and research security related access issues reported by end users - Analyze role/privilege conflicts and SOD flags, documenting findings and recommending remediation paths for IT or the implementation team - Perform recurring employee record synchronization tasks for the business unit that is not yet fully integrated into the HR system (e.g., data validation, error correction, initiating manual sync processes) - Run predefined test scripts during quarterly Oracle patching, with a focus on verifying security behavior and access continuity - Document research steps, findings, and resolutions so issues can be quickly handled by internal teams over time.
