Overview
The UX Designer supports the transformation of complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use experiences across the full user journey—from first-time users to expert users. This role focuses on understanding customer and business needs through research, identifying effective design solutions, and delivering user-centered experiences that are both functional and engaging. The designer will evaluate the usability of existing and new products and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Translate tasks and workflows into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs across the entire experience lifecycle.
Conduct contextual inquiries, generative research, and quantitative research to understand customer and business needs.
Identify solutions that meet user needs and align with business goals, across a wide range of industries.
Execute visual, interaction, information, and service design elements to support high-quality product experiences.
Evaluate the usability of current and new products and provide constructive recommendations for enhancement.

Required Skills

Experience with Figma or similar digital design and prototyping tools.
Proficiency in creating low-, medium-, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Ability to gather and interpret requirements from users and business stakeholders.
Experience working within a design system.
Strong understanding of accessibility fundamentals.
Ability to validate designs through user testing.
Experience giving actionable feedback to developers, ideally within an agile environment.

Required Education

Bachelor''s Degree

Preferred Skills

Experience conducting user interviews, research, and analysis to uncover user needs.
Understanding of front-end development fundamentals.
