Your role

As a CNC Machinist III, your mission is to be a highly skilled professional responsible for advanced machining operations, mentoring others, and contributing to technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires leadership, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence. You will report to the Team Leader.

You will

Expertly operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines across various part families.
Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance.
Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex machining or process issues.
Champion 6S workplace practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise.
Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and team knowledge transfer.
Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs or new setups as needed.

You have 8+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.

Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.
Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments.
Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
