Job Description

Required/Mandatory Skills: Angular 16.2, Java JDK 17, Spring Boot 3.4.5, Hibernate 6.2.5, AgGrid 31.3.2, Oracle 19c (SQL, stored procedures), REST-based service integration. Delivers standard-complexity work items under Tech Lead/Senior Developer direction.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills: TxDOTCONNECT platform experience; Texas state government/transportation project experience. Preferred certification for this role: Oracle Certified Associate/Professional: Java SE Developer (or equivalent Java certification).

Required Years of Experience: Frontend 2+ years; Backend 8+ years; Database (Oracle) 5+ years.

Required Certifications: None required by the RFP. Preferred, as they strengthen resume/experience scoring (40% of evaluation weight): role-relevant industry certifications - see role-specific note below.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Any Specific Industry, State Agency, or Domain Experience Required/Preferred: TxDOTCONNECT platform experience preferred, not required.
