Neos is Seeking a Sr. Developer (Angular/Spring Boot) for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX.

Job Description
Required/Mandatory Skills: Angular 16.2, Java JDK 17, Spring Boot 3.4.5 (UI & Services), Spring Framework 5.3.26, Hibernate 6.2.5, AgGrid 31.3.2, Bootstrap 5.3.7, Oracle 19c (SQL, stored procedures), REST API/JSON integration, ESB-pattern integration. Able to own high-complexity/critical-path features and provide architecture-level depth alongside the Technical Lead; supports code review for other developers.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills: Spring Batch (bulk file processing); TxDOTCONNECT platform experience; Texas state government/transportation project experience. Preferred certification for this role: Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE Developer (or equivalent Java certification).
Required Years of Experience: Frontend 3+ years; Backend 10+ years; Database (Oracle) 5+ years.
Required Certifications: None required by the RFP. Preferred, as they strengthen resume/experience scoring (40% of evaluation weight): role-relevant industry certifications - see role-specific note below.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Any Specific Industry, State Agency, or Domain Experience Required/Preferred: TxDOTCONNECT platform experience preferred, not required.
