DescriptionSeeking an experienced Manager of Operations to lead and support enterprise technology operations with a strong focus on server, storage, and systems infrastructure. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a high-performing technical team, oversee major infrastructure projects, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations across a diverse computing environment.
A key initiative for this position is a large-scale storage platform replacement, requiring strong technical depth, project leadership, and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a Systems Operations team supporting enterprise infrastructure.
- Oversee daily operations for server, storage, and operating system platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide leadership for major projects, including storage platform replacement and modernization efforts.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while balancing operational responsibilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, security teams, and vendors to align infrastructure solutions with business needs.
- Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Assist with planning, budgeting, and lifecycle management of infrastructure assets.
- Serve as a technical escalation point while remaining engaged in hands-on operational oversight.
- Support a diverse end-user environment, including both PC and Mac platforms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience managing enterprise systems and infrastructure teams.

- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
