Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while collaborating with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.
• Implement solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud or Public Sector (PS) Foundations including OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, FlexCards).
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop, test, document, and maintain Salesforce features and integrations.
• Write unit tests and execute test plans to ensure quality and reliable deployments.
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Support the PMO team and end users by resolving technical issues and answering queries.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with SOAP/REST integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Knowledge of Health Cloud or Salesforce Public Sector solutions with OmniStudio.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and take ownership of solutions.

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Salesforce Developer Certification preferred.
