Summary

Treasury Analyst – S/4HANA Transformation (Both Roles Same Skillset)

Joining Location- Initial joining location will be remote but the resource should be ready to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge within one month upon asked to relocate

Travel- As per the project demand aligning with C2H guidelines.

Required Skills

Strong functional expertise in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), including Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Payments, BCM, EBS, and Bank Account Management
Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury, including integration with FI and cross team integration
Ability to lead fit‑to‑standard discussions, perform impact analysis, and translate business requirements into functional designs
Experience supporting testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, cutover, and post‑go‑live stabilization for Treasury workstreams
Strong collaboration and communication skills across Finance, Accounting, IT, and external banking partners

Nice to Have

ECC to S/4HANA migration experience, including treasury impact assessment and functional redesign
Public Sector experience, with understanding of governance, compliance, audit, and budgetary considerations
Experience with Fiori Treasury apps, bank integrations (SWIFT / bank portals), and third‑party treasury solutions
