Summary

Fixed Asset Consultant – S/4HANA

Joining Location- Initial joining location will be remote but the resource should be ready to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge within one month upon asked to relocate

Travel- As per the project demand aligning with C2H guidelines.

Required Skills

Strong functional experience in SAP Fixed Asset Accounting (FI‑AA) within S/4HANA, including understanding of the integrated Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
Experience with Assets Under Construction (AUC) processes, including capitalization, settlement, and asset lifecycle management
Hands‑on experience with integration between Asset Accounting and Project Systems (PS) for capital projects and WBS‑based cost collection
Experience with Funds Management (FM) integration, including budget control and funded capital expenditures
Experience with PS–FM–FI integrated design for capital and funded projects
Ability to support fit‑to‑standard workshops, functional design, and asset‑related impact analysis
Experience supporting testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, cutover, and post‑go‑live stabilization for Asset Accounting workstreams
Strong collaboration skills with Finance, Project Controls, Budget, and IT stakeholders

Nice to Have

ECC to S/4HANA migration experience, including asset master, AUC, and depreciation area redesign
Public Sector experience, with exposure to capital programs, compliance, and audit requirements
Experience with Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and asset reporting
