Oracle Cloud SCM (Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing) Consultant
The position is for a Senior SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules-particularly Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, along with Order Management, Install Base, and Procurement. The consultant will lead endβtoβend solution design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain processes in global, multiβorganization environments. The role focuses on delivering scalable solutions, integrating crossβmodule processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Your role
· Lead design and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (OM, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement).
· Configure endβtoβend Order Management processes including pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment.
· Design orchestration flows for service logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
· Manage inventory architecture: items, transactions, warehouses, lot/serial control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
· Implement and maintain Install Base for complete asset lifecycle tracking.
· Build and streamline procurement processes (requisitions, POs, supplier onboarding, contracts).
· Integrate SCM with Finance, Manufacturing, Service, and other enterprise systems.
· Develop reporting and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization using Oracle best practices.
· Prepare process documentation, configuration guides, test scripts.
· Manage and conduct UAT, regression testing, and ensure solution stability.
Your skills and experience
· 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (OM, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement).
· Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and integration.
· Expertise in Order Management pricing, orchestration, fulfillment.
· Proficiency in Inventory and Install Base with a focus on asset tracking and compliance.
· Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier collaboration.
· Experience working in global, complex manufacturing supply chains.
· Analytical skills to assess cost structures and optimize processes.
· Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
· Proven success in delivering large-scale SCM implementations.
· Ability to work across distributed teams including vendor partners.
· Strong skills in translating business needs into functional solutions.
