About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to lead the Finance workstream within a large-scale SAP HANA / ERP transformation program. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external implementation teams to deliver enterprise solutions that improve operational efficiency, financial processes, reporting capabilities, and user experience across the organization.

This position is ideal for a project leader who thrives in complex environments, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and enjoys driving organizational change through technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution activities for the Finance workstream within enterprise ERP transformation programs.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Treasury, and IT teams to align priorities, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple project workstreams including integrations, reporting, testing, data migration, and organizational readiness activities.
  • Facilitate business and functional requirements gathering sessions and help translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, executive updates, and governance materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage project dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Support enterprise system integrations involving platforms such as Concur, Workday, Cforia, Data Lake and reporting environments, tax and compliance applications, and other finance-related enterprise systems.
  • Coordinate testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production readiness planning.
  • Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
  • Lead organizational change management activities including stakeholder readiness, communications, training coordination, and user adoption planning.
  • Utilize Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools to support project tracking, reporting, governance, and resource planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project execution and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience leading ERP or enterprise transformation projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience managing Finance-related workstreams within SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP implementations.
  • Understanding of core finance processes including accounting, AP/AR, expense management, tax, reporting, and financial operations.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise system integrations involving applications such as Concur, Workday, Cforia, Data Lake environments, tax software, or similar platforms.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver technology initiatives.
  • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering, process discussions, and cross-functional decision-making sessions.
  • Experience leading organizational change management and user adoption activities during enterprise transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Planview, Clarity, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or related platforms.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Scrum Master, Prosci, or related certification.
  • Experience working in life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Treasury, and Reporting.
  • Experience supporting global implementations and geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting training and business readiness initiatives.
